Did you know?  Sheep dip can only be used to plunge-dip sheep. Using sprayers or jetters is illegal, ineffective & harmful to human health & the environment.  For more information, check the industry Code of Practice. naac.co.uk/wp-content/upload… #Agriculture #Farming #SheepFarming

When an employee drives for work, their safety is part of the job. Employers have a duty of care to manage road risk like any other workplace risk - through policies, training and safe vehicles. Driving for work shouldn’t be overlooked. #DrivingForWork #RoadSafety

Farmers & Contractors are under constant pressure from a declining work force & weather, to keep the UK fed. After busy periods like harvest, driver fatigue may contribute to serious or fatal accidents on farm. Stay Safe #HaveABreak #TirednessKills

Underrated safety practice on a site: Stopping to ask “What could go wrong here?” before starting any task. You’ll be surprised by how many near-misses you catch if you actually pause for 10 seconds. Teams don’t want lectures. They want to feel heard and protected. You don’t build a strong safety culture with rules alone. You build it by letting everyone finish their thoughts on hazards. That one habit could prevent the incident that changes everything.

If you are planning to use respiratory protective equipment at work, remember that you must thoroughly assess the hazards in the workplace, the task to be carried out and also assess the wearer 🔵 Fit testing of RPE must be carried out by a competent person #fit2fit
