Anyone out there know how to get @British_Airways to respond to a complaint? Chased 5 times, never respond, no updates. Only we are extremely busy. That’s because your service is appalling 🤷♀️
Finally made it to NYC. After receiving an email 8 hours before our flight to say it was cancelled. Thank you @British_Airways. If I had been asleep I wouldn’t have seen it. Lost most of our first day of a 4 day trip travelling after catching a flight 8 hours after the booked one
Oh the irony. You put in your complaint @British_Airways to be told they are very busy and it will take a while to come back. If you did things right there wouldn’t be so many complaints. 🤷♀️
