Our thoughts are with everyone affected by flooding along the Mendenhall River. Due to the flooding, some ACS customers in the Juneau area may be experiencing service disruptions. Our teams are actively working to restore service as quickly & safely as possible.

MAY 18 8:50 P.M.: Good evening, we are experiencing a statewide network disruption that may be causing slow internet speeds for some customers. This is our top priority and we are working to restore service as quickly as possible.
MAY 19 3:17 A.M.: We have resolved the network disruption and services are being restored. Thank you for your patience. If your service isn’t working, please reboot your modem by powering it off, waiting several minutes and powering it back on.
3/6 12:00 P.M.: Our third-party provider serving Sitka will perform network maintenance March 9-17 which will impact the services we purchase from them beginning March 7 in preparation for the work. (1/2)
3/7 11:09 A.M.: Our third-party provider serving Sitka has updated the dates they will perform network maintenance to March 11-21, 2025. They have notified us that we will see impact to the services we purchase from them beginning March 10 in preparation for the work. (1/2)
