My @SageAppliances The Oracle Jet heating element packed up after just 2 months, and the support people are slow and just keep asking more questions rather than replace the unit and figure out the fault at base. What a god damn waste of money this over expensive unit turned out!

James, a very dear friend of mine has been diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma, a rare and aggressive form of brain cancer. His family is raising money for medical treatments, not available on NHS, that could potentially extend his life by 3-4 years. See gofund.me/37392626.

My @vividstorm_us projector screen broke in April. Contacted my reseller personalprojector.co.uk - they did not help. Contacted vividstorm direct, they promised me they would send replacement parts, and many month later having not done it, and told me to talk to reseller.

Very disappointed with @RevolutApp Pro account. Wanted to take payments for printed cards at arts and crafts fairs but account refused because could not provide evidence of a business model - really? Not how the product advertises itself IMO.
