Biggest announcement of my life: I have raised pre-seed funding from 021T, @alexwg , and @devontriplett21 to build an AI agent that will change the world The biggest issue with AI is it is creating incredible value but for only a small group of people Most people hate AI and don't use it I have built Henry Intelligent Machines (HIM) to solve this HIM is a personal swarm of AI agents autonomously creating economic value for you 24/7 Right now as we speak HIM is collecting data across thousands of websites autonomously 24/7/365 They're hunting for challenges to solve at all times When you use Henry, he will deeply research you and get to know you. Then based on the thousands of opportunities it has in its database, find the value generating opportunities that most closely match your interests, skills, assets, and expertise Henry and its swarm will then proceed to build those micro-businesses out for you You will have complete control over the swarm. Reviewing and approving all work. Editing where you find appropriate. You give Henry a budget, then it hunts and autonomously creates value Say you have an expertise in vibe coding tools and Henry discovers there's no vibe coding guides on Gumroad. It will take your expertise, build drafts for a guide, run it by you, post with your approval, then use your budget to get customers Say you're into AI and speak Portuguese Henry will go through the Portuguese AI education market, see there are no educational products in that language, then create a full AI educational business in Portuguese Most people hate AI. This is because they get 0 value from it, see their friends getting laid off, and become scared HIM is the antidote to this. HIM allows ANYONE to get value from AI. HIM will allow anyone to get access to the trillions of dollars of value that are up for grabs in the new AI world. To ensure Henry creates value and not slop, this will be an extremely slow rollout We will be letting people into HIM 1 by 1. Working with them hands on to ensure Henry only builds real value for them, then expanding from there. If you'd like to be one of the early users of Henry, feel free to sign up at the link below. Forward.

I don't care what kind of hardware you have, you should be running local models Governments are now banning models. They’re determining what technology you can and can’t use With local models, you are free and nobody can control you Even if you're on the cheapest Mac Mini you can be doing this Here's a complete guide: 1. Download LMStudio 2. Go to your OpenClaw/Hermes and say what kind of hardware you have (computer and memory and storage) 3. Ask what's the best local model you can run on there (probably will be Gemma 4 or Qwen. if you have a big computer, it will be GLM) 4. Ask 'based on what you know about me, what workflows could this open model replace?' 5. Have OpenClaw walk you through downloading the model in LM Studio and setting up the API 6. Ask OpenClaw to start using the new API Boom you're good to go. You just saved money by using local models, have an AI model that is COMPLETELY private and secure on your own device, did something advanced that 99% of people have never done, and have entered the future. If you are on smaller hardware you probably are not going to replace all your AI calls with this, but you could replace smaller workflows which will still save you good money Own your intelligence.

This is your wakeup call. Anthropic just took down Fable 5. It's over. Here's the thing tho: no company or government will EVER be able to take away your local models. There are Opus level models you can run right now on your home GPUs, and nobody can ever stop you from using them This is only the beginning of events like this. Day 1. More government overreach will happen. This will only keep happening more and more as models get closer to AGI Become sovereign. Buy your own compute. Before even that becomes illegal
The US government, citing national security authorities, has issued an export control directive to suspend all access to Fable 5 and Mythos 5 by any foreign national, whether inside or outside the United States, including foreign national Anthropic employees. The net effect of this order is that we must abruptly disable Fable 5 and Mythos 5 for all our customers to ensure compliance. Access to all other Claude models is not affected. We apologize for this disruption to our customers. We believe this is a misunderstanding and are working to restore access as soon as possible. Read our full statement: anthropic.com/news/fable-myt…

I believe the government will reverse this by Monday. If this holds up, there is a real chance the stock market crashes. If AI companies can't profit off of the international market they won't be able to afford the trillions of $ of chips they signed contracts for. The global economy is being held up by those contracts. If they go under, the global economy does too. Just my prediction.

Loops are clearly the future of AI coding The issue is, it’s being completely gate kept. And I think I know why Over the last few days both OpenAI and Anthropic employees have been vague posting about loops. None have explained how they’re actually doing it That’s because loops are the last moat If everyone has the same level super intelligence, then using the AI no longer gives you an advantage But if you come up with a system that allows your AI to work autonomously, giving 1000x leverage to each person in your org, then you have a legit moat again If Anthropic shared their internal loop system with the world and stopped gatekeeping, their team would no longer have any advantage over any other lab That’s why every frontier lab employee is gate keeping right now. That’s why everything on your timeline is a vague post. Loops are true technical IP. This is why it’s so critical you start developing your own automated loops with your agents. Like literally right now. Fable 5 leveled the playing field. Anyone can now build anything they want. Loops are what give you the high ground in the playing field again. Your competition isn’t building this. If you and your competitor are building the same product, but you are using a loop and they aren’t, you’ll destroy them. You’ll be able to build 24/7/365 while they can only ship while they are at their keyboard. You need to RIGHT NOW drop what you’re doing and start developing this system. Even if you’re just talking to your Hermes Agent or your Claude app on your phone The game pieces moved. The battlefield shifted. Just using AI is no longer an advantage. Fable has made it too easy. Now you need to automate. 3 days ago I thought loops were impossible. Now I think they’re mandatory. I’d do this: 1. Go to your agent 2. Explain what you’re building 3. Ask what system you can build and which tools do you need to create an automated loops that continuously ships and reviews code. 4. Use the latest models. Ideally Fable 5, but GPT 5.5 if you need to. 5. Build out whichever plan they give you. Use it over and over. Each time you use it, find a part of it to tweak, fix, or improve. 6. The more you use the loop, the better it will get. Most important AI project you can be implementing right now. Will 1000x the work you do moving forward. Will also give you a leg up on the battlefield. Time to act.

I'm a major hypocrite 2 days after saying "loops are overhyped and inappropriate for 99% of people" I'm eating my words EVERYONE should be build AI coding loops. Fable 5 completely changed my mind After one-shotting a ridiculously large, full stack implementation I'm convinced we can set this model off to work autonomously on full applications for hours at a time I'm coming out with a full beginner friendly loop guide soon that ANYONE can use to build autonomous AI building systems. In the meantime I'd highly recommend taking these steps: 1. Set Fable 5 to high thinking 2. Create a skill called /spec 3. Have it make this skill ask you enough questions about the feature you want to build until it properly understands the feature in detail. 4. Have it save this spec to some sort of 2nd brain. I'm using Linear 5. Make skills for /build and /review 6. Have these skills do what they're named based on the specs that got created I'll put out a full guide shortly that covers all of this in detail. It will be the most in depth, beginner friendly loop guide on the internet. No vague posting. Loops are in and they're clearly the future

Claude Fable 5 just dropped, and it's the single greatest AI model ever released The most important thing you can do at this very moment is use it and master it In this video I cover how it works, why it's different, and first things you need to do with this incredible model:

AI subscriptions are dead Claude Fable 5 will only be on the Anthropic subscription until June 22nd. After that, you will need to pay for usage per token This will be the start of a much larger trend Frontier models will no longer be included in subs You’ll pay a fee and it will only get you access to older, much cheaper models If you want access to that dank AI sour diesel, you’re going to need to pay for every token you use. No more subsidies And it make sense. The subsidies were just a Ponzi scheme For those that don’t know, when you pay $200 a month for an AI sub, you get thousands of dollars of tokens These AI companies actively lose tremendous amounts of money because of these subscriptions. GDPs of most countries every year are lost on your $200 Claude Max sub The investor money is running dry. IPOs are coming because of this. And with IPOs need to come profitability The golden age of paying $200 a month and being able to code on 40 Claude Code instances and getting a usage reset every 5 minutes are about to die The party couldn’t continue ever. You can’t just leverage the entire global economy for years and expect nothing to break. Now it’s time to pay up Means a few things: 1. Time to be responsible when it comes to which models you use. You don’t need Fable 5 for GPT 5.5 Xhigh for everything. Build the skill of knowing when to use cheap models 2. Local LLMS/hardware will come even more in demand. I’m currently running GLM on my Mac Studio. It’s great. Is it Fable? No. But it gets the job done for free on simple tasks. Learn about local LLMs 3. This is the beginning of the wealth gap expansion. Those that can afford to spend $10,000 a month on Fable 5 will build incredible products that eat up more and more of the economy. Those that can’t afford Fable 5 will have an insane disadvantage 4. The government will need to step in eventually. There will be too much civil unrest. I hope the answer isn’t free money. That won’t do anything. I hope the answer is education/access to AI resources for ALL. Universal Basic Opportunity 5. You need to seriously reconsider where your money goes every month. If you are complaining about AI prices and in the back of your mind you know your skill set is becoming quickly irrelevant, all while spending money every month on Netflix, Xbox Live, Paramount , drugs, DoorDash, Uber, and other things that bring nothing positive to your life, you are simply doing it wrong. AI is an investment in yourself. It’s an investment in your relevance to the global economy. You need to make sure you make that investment The pieces on the board are quickly moving around. The rules are changing. The battlefield is shifting. If you’re not strategizing accordingly, you’re cooked.

Drop what you're doing. It happened. The biggest AI release of the past 2 years just dropped. Claude Fable 5 is the 'safe' version of Claude Mythos, and it literally destroys every benchmark in existence Here's what you need to know: 1. It's built to work independently. You don't give it commands. You give it a goal and it loops until the goal is done 2. It think SIGNIFICANTLY more than any other model out there. Give it harder creative challenges than you've ever given an AI model before 3. It's only available to subscribers for 2 weeks. Afterwards you'll have to pay for the API 4. It's double the price of Opus, but still a fraction of the cost of ChatGPT 5.5 Pro. I wonder if this will force OpenAI to cut prices 5. It will very quickly cut you off if you give it any prompts around biology or cybersecurity 6. This might be the first step towards the end of subsidized subscriptions. I wouldn't be surprised if every new model release is not available in subscriptions like Fable When new tech drops you get an opportunity to take advantage of powers nobody else has Carve time out of your calendar right now and start using this model It's imperative. While your competition has no idea it exists, you need to be using it to build incredible products Get to it.
Introducing Claude Fable 5: a Mythos-class model that we’ve made safe for general use. Its capabilities exceed those of any model we’ve ever made generally available.

Everyone on X talking about building AI coding loops I think for 99% of people it's horrible advice. Mostly being promoted by people who profit off token burn Unless you are deeply technical, you are going to build flimsy apps and burn outrageous amounts of money Engineering a loop that produces high quality code requires insane amounts of setup and oversight to make sure it's done the right way For a vast majority of people the best AI coding strategy is: 1. Work closely with your agent, ask it to build the next smallest people of functionality you can think of 2. After each small chunk, ask the AI what it did. Tell it to describe it to you concisely 3. If anything is too technical, ask it to explain in a non technical way so you deepen your knowledge 4. Have it continuously maintain a current state doc you can feed to another LLM to get 2nd perspectives on crucial decisions 5. Mute influencers who give you vague advice that doesn't really mean anything This will actually save more time in the long run because you won't have to untangle code you don't understand
