Aircon in our lab is basically non existent at the moment and the corner of the lab by the windows is over 32°C. So the 30°C incubator is actually COOLING to achieve temperature - definitely need to report this to facilities...

Fantastic review comment that Ken Nealson received for a submitted paper at the start of his career "I can't find anything wrong with the data, but the conclusion can not be correct - bacteria don't do this" I would have loved to include this at the front of my thesis #ISME18
