3) Version Control: #godot never gave us a lot of confidence here. Resave? Reload? Overwrite? Keep? What are the changes, even? It quickly turned our flow into "save changes > close Godot > pull merge > reopen Godot"

That's about it, of course this is in the context of a gamejam where things are messy and unorganized, but I do think it's very likely that from now on #GodotEngine will be my go-to choice for prototyping: it was fun to think about the game, without the engine getting in the way.
