celebrating one year at coinbase today, crazy how it's gone so fast
when I get asked in interviews why I'm still here or what I like about it, my answer is always the same - it's a big company, but you can still get shit done and have a real impact from any seat
our culture is well designed to keep ownership decisions tight, and keep projects moving quickly, which is ideal (at least for me). not easy to make work in a large company, but they cracked it here
I've been able to work with and learn from a ton of incredible people, and I'm super grateful for all the opportunities I've been given since I joined
time for another year - lots more to do!
