Pep AI hit $100k total rev on May 9. Now we hit $200k total rev on June 10. $100,000 in revenue in 1 month is crazy! It keeps getting easier and easier. And the app only launched a little over 3 months ago.

This is my loop I built a SaaS that posts to Instagram TikTok 24/7 I don't write the captions. I don't pick the music. I don't touch it The stack that runs it while I sleep: > PHP 8.3, no framework > Caddy web server > SQLite in WAL mode > Cloudflare R2 for video storage > Cloudflare Tunnel, no open ports > Stripe for billing > OpenAI writes every caption > ffmpeg muxes the music > Zernio publishes to IG TikTok > Vanilla JS CSS on the front > one cron job that loops forever No Next.js. No Kubernetes. No VC

A Google Cloud engineer just showed how to build a full app with Claude from scratch he spent 26 minutes live on stage doing what most teams take weeks to do worth more than any $500 vibe-coding course here's what he covers: > zero to deployed app in a single session > handling five engineering roles alone with Claude > the exact workflow Google uses internally > no team, no setup, just Claude and a goal the people who figure out what Claude can actually do are building things everyone else thinks requires a team that's exactly why I wrote a step by step guide on how to build your first AI agent the guide is in the article below

Andrej Karpathy spent 2h showing how he actually uses AI day to day he's a co-founder of OpenAI and led AI at Tesla, so when he shows how he works, it’s worth watching and the whole session is just him telling the machine what he wants in simple terms, like he's briefing a coworker watch what's actually happening the entire time: > he describes the task in normal words > it goes off and does the work > he glances at the result and nudges it with one more sentence that's the whole skill, and you've had it since you learned to talk the only gap between that and a worker that runs on its own is handing that sentence a schedule and the tools to act check his work, then build the version that keeps working when you stop

I've read a hundred "make money with AI" posts. Most are hype. This one is different. The idea: build a bunch of boring little tools. PDF converters, GST calculators, JSON formatters, word counters. Each one ranks for a keyword. Each visitor sees an ad. Do that 1,000 times and you're at $10K/month. No audience. No content grind. No selling. Just tools that quietly rank and compound for years. The best part is it's actually achievable. AI builds the tools now. The only real work is SEO and getting AdSense set up right. That's exactly what I'm going to do next. Building the tools, ranking them, attaching AdSense. If you haven't read this one yet, go read it. And if you're not sure how to set up AdSense, I attached a video below.

This is literally genius🤯 4.9 million views with this format And nobody even knows its a clanker they copied a viral format in the fashion space Easily automated it, this account alone could make $40,000/mo if they tie it to a fashion app And add a strong CTA anybody can replicate an AI account like this in 6 simple steps 1. Connect higgsfield MCP 2. Have nano banana create the base character 3. Have claude come up with a fashion line ( like Anime characters clothings ) 4. Have the higgs mcp generate 10 outfit variations images for claudes idea. 5. Generate all the clips using seedance 2.0 from the start image of each outfit and the same base prompt for walking. 6. add a CTA somewhere in there to your fashion app congratulations you automated a fashion app to $40k/mo

I like this way of thinking: Don’t build something just because you’re passionate about it while users don’t actually need it. And don’t blindly build random apps either. Find the distribution angle first. My workflow: > Find viral content in a specific niche > Study the hooks, formats, pain points, and comments > Identify what users are already interested in > Check whether the niche can monetize through subscriptions or one-time purchases > Test different content angles before building > Build the simplest app that solves the problem > Create content using the formats that already proved they can go viral > Track views, installs, conversion, retention, and revenue > Improve the product based on real user behavior > Scale the best-performing channels with more organic content or paid ads Distribution first. Product second. Build the product around a proven path to users. It reduces risk and significantly increases your chances of success.

if i had to start from ZERO, here’s how i’d get to $10k mrr with a mobile app šŸ‘‡ 1. choosing the app niche looksmaxxing, fitness, wealth - anything that appeals to core human desires is a MUST 2. designing the app for ads a viral screenshot-able feature like cal ai’s ā€œai calorie loggingā€ - this will allow me to make ads really easily without making the user feel sold to (as i can just show the screenshot of the feature briefly) 3. getting ad-ready SUPER IMPORTANT: add an MMP to my app, for conversion tracking later when i run ads - either appsflyer, singular… 4. making the ads study competitors on instagram / tiktok - see what hooks their using and translate their formats to my own app - i’ll make 12-30 variants of 1-2 formats ive found 5. running the ads i prefer tiktok ads for mobile apps but meta does fine too - one campaign, one ad set, all my ads in the ad set - $50 a day budget to find a winner; then scale up spend once i’ve got a profitable ad that’s literally it. i wish id known this earlier because i spent thousands of $ on ugc and influencers that didnt work for me the most important part: DESIGN YOUR APP FOR ADS FROM THE START

Easy money if you’re not trying to be the Steve Jobs - go to appkittie.com - view Rising apps tab - copy an app which is growing fast and $100k mrr - spam 100 tiktoks/month - write personal thank you letters to Jacob thank you
Wayk: $214K MRR in 4 months Wayk clone: $24K MRR in 2 months proof that copying a proven idea is one of the safest ways to win

Most traders ignore monthly POCs. Every untouched monthly POC is unresolved fair value sitting on the chart waiting to be revisited. The further price gets from it the stronger the pull. Mark them and wait for price to arrive. Then let the orderflow tell you the rest.

If an app like Exposr can make $50k/mo just by showing people how healthy the food you are eating is.. then you should probably make one too. the marketing videos are genius and are formatted like the news
If an app like the SSME app can make $100k/mo just by giving people new wallpapers.. then you should probably build one too. the marketing videos are so simple but get millions of views each

Bro started 3 different SaaS apps. Each one makes $35K MRR. Same playbook every. single. time. I sat down with @LoicBerthelot to break down exactly how he does it. Here's the top 5% of our chat: > Loic's 3 apps and what they do (1:33) > The ONE growth channel doing all the heavy lifting (3:45) > The Builder-Creator playbook he repeats every time (6:40) > Why he brings on creators as co-founders (9:07) > His full tech stack and what it actually costs him to run (11:02)

Anthropic just paid millions to hire Andrej Karpathy. He gave you the same knowledge for $0 the same week. Co-founder of OpenAI, former head of AI at Tesla, the man who coined vibe coding. No recruitment fee, no exclusive access, no $500,000 wire transfer, just a link and 29 minutes. LLMs are ghosts not animals, vibe coding is dead, Software 3.0 is here...
