Luckily SVT was easily inducible and easy to map and ablate from the inferior MA. There is no such thing as a routine case! (And also the oldest pt with a pathway I've seen yet.)

39yo with ?? ARVC (NSVT and fat/RV thinning on EMBx) dx 20 years ago. Normal CMRI. Had SC dual coil ICD placed 2000, PG change x 2 with RA lead upgrade 4 years ago with diff company (unclear why). No sx, feeling well, normal device function. Battery life 8 years. No shocks.
