Last time “The day the earth blew up” was met with tepid box office despite everyone demanding it be released . It was the best looney tunes feature we’ve ever had; I’d hate for that to happen again.
This succeeding would embarrass a lot of executives.

An anecdote I cherish is Mandy Patinkin once asked Rob Reiner what The Princess Bride was about. Reiner said it’s about a grandfather telling his grandson that the most important thing in in the world is love. I think that’s beautiful.

I think one of my favourite things about the Paddington musical is its diversity. At its core, Paddington is the story about an immigrant, so seeing the show's diversity, especially the stars playing the bear himself, is such a love letter to Paddington and the city of London.
