Wale says he was so upset that streamer Kai Cenat didn't recognize him at the 2025 BET Awards that it affected him mentally, causing him to stay in a hotel for several days afterward.
"I was upset for like five days in a row," the DC rapper revealed to Shannon Sharpe on his podcast, Club Shay Shay, which premiered on Wednesday (Dec. 17) via YouTube. "So when he's talking about mental health at the [Streamer Awards], I'm like, 'Yes, yes, yes, mental health, you get it now.'"
