@TLRailUK Is the data on service timeliness for Royston publicly available? I know this information is displayed at the station itself but I'm interested to look into if the delays/cancellations are always this bad for this time of year.

@TLRailUK Off Peak ticket and my journey used multiple operators, the first train (yours) was cancelled had to get a later one. Connecting train from the other operator was missed as a result and they did not have any more Off Peak trains. Was it expected I buy another ticket?
Other operator made me buy another ticket to continue my journey to the next station where my original Off Peak ticket was valid. I think it was unfair that I was forced to buy this ticket otherwise I wouldβve been waiting for 3.5 hours for the next train. Is this the norm?
I have since claimed Delay Repay with you for a 120 minute delay because thatβs what it wouldβve been had I continued my journey on my original ticket. However @GWRHelp forcing me to buy another ticket doesnβt seem right to me.

@greateranglia I currently use a paper monthly season ticket valid between Royston and Whittlesford, Iβm considering getting a smart card from you. Would a season ticket on a smart card from you be valid between these two stations on most operators?
Following up on thisβ¦ is a smart card able to have multiple tickets on it? Iβd like to load my monthly season ticket a few days before it expires when my current ticket is still valid- would this cause any issues?
It wasn't Uber's decision to do this (they were forced into it by the courts)... not sure why they're painting it as "we made these changes because we wanted to".
Not sure if it's insulting to their drivers that they're painting it in this light...
