First time trying organic. It actually takes a lot of time to do right, but I'm starting to get the format down and getting better at writing hooks. I'd say you need to re-use but also explore especially early on. Repetitive hooks on an early account = shadowban

I've slowly started getting more downloads, but no conversions. I'm at 100 downloads, with zero conversions. Is it too small of a sample size? Should I keep focusing on marketing and bringing more people in? Or should I try adjusting paywalls, prices etc.

Could be a one time thing, but this happened right after I added a link in my bio. I tried pasting a linktree there raw, without the link-in-bio option because it didn't exist. Let's see if it's permanent or a fluke. Anyone else have something similar?

I've been trying my hand at organic marketing on TikTok, but 2 weeks in I've noticed something weird. This started 2 days ago. My last 4 posts have not gotten over 2 views. They used to be getting around 700-1k. Anyone else experienced this? I warmed up the account for 3 days.

My first ever paying customer! Even if it's $2.99, it's still an amazing feeling! Can't wait to start scaling this.

My conversion rate on store visits is quite low so I decided to redesign my screenshots. This is my first time trying to do something like this. What do you think?

I submitted for the Play Store earlier today. Now I submitted for the App Store. Let's see which one takes longer to release for. What's your bet? A: Play Store (Google) B: App Store (Apple)

Almost ready for an open release! Quick Tip: There's an app on the Play Store called Testers Community. Its a place where android developers test each others apps to get approved faster. I'd say I got about 7-8 testers this way.

I see a lot of people who say that their Claude Code usage is bugged and gets used up pretty quick, but it seems totally normal to me. I use Opus 4.6 quite often for complex tasks and Sonnet 4.6 on high effort for over 80% of my workflow. Is this just me?

First time making an onboarding! Let me know what you think. I'd appreciate any feedback or tips. The paywall is not fully done, I'd still like to configure it a bit more and make a few different variations to see which one will perform better.

How do you guys do feedback boards? Do you: A. Make them entirely yourself B. Use another platform (e.g. featurebase) C. Not use feedback boards at all

I was today years old when I learned Google requires you to have 12 testers on your app for 14 days. How would you guys try and find these testers? You would need to explicitly have them participate since I need to manually add their Google Play emails.

After about a month of building, my app Glossary is in a releasable state! 🎉 For better or worse, Google wants you to have 12 testers opt in for a 2 week closed test. How would you go about getting these testers? Friends & Family? Reddit? X?

Took almost a month, but I'm about to launch my first app ever! Any feedback on the store assets?

Me while I wait for Claude Code's limit to reset

How would you go about finding people for a beta launch of your app? I have more things I want to build, but I managed to get my app in a state that can be used. How do I get it in people's hands?

Google's AI tooling has gotten incredibly good. I've been playing around with Stitch, their AI-Powered, Figma-like board, and it's by far the best out there. I just gave it the image on the left, and asked how the app flow could look like if you click on the "New Board" button.
