These are the best uses cases for choosing @Algorand. Forget defi and on-chain trading, that's a lost battle.
Prediction markets can thrive, and @alphaarcade is the leading example.
Agentic payments is another hot topic but that would need more liquidity and better cross chain access to major stablecoins.
The EU recently confirmed that by 2027, every battery, textile, and electronic device sold in Europe will need a verifiable Digital Product Passport.
The infrastructure to support this at scale already exists on Algorand.
Companies like Repsol, Thai Union, EstΓ©e Lauder, and Lavazza are using it today.

#Algorand community, I am putting out a call for assistance, much as I hate to do so. I have lost most everything as of now due to the Algoblow website rekey attack, for which I am ashamed and contrite to have fallen for. If any of you have it in your heart to contribute, I have a second account fuel.moonjuice.algo that can accept funds. The actual wallet address is CAPNOR6NRE5KJUPGOOYWRIONENOTS2JRJRSAK77UTM4TYFZPP7DIQ42EPM. The reason I am asking this is that I have over 200 animals I care for on my farm that cost around $700 a month to provide basic feed and care for and my Algorand account is what I used to provide for their expenses and my living expenses, which is now gone.
I have some other assets I can sell off for funds and will do so, as well as trying to sell off my animals or harvest them for meat, and I am applying to jobs to try and attain whatever employment that I may be able to get, but if any of you can spare some Algo or USDC to help me rebuild in the meantime I would be grateful and thankful for any assistance you can provide.
Sorry to have to be like this, and I promise never to click on an unknown wallet connect ever again, I've been out of work for three years plus now, have lost my former brokerage licenses, now have a farm that costs more than it earns, have hundreds of animals under my care, and I have few real options right now to rebuild my Algo account as I have no income. If you can help out in my time of need I will not forget it. Again, I am so sorry I fell for this scam. I feel only pain and regret over what happened. Important clarification on asset inbox safety π
Accepting or rejecting NFTs and tokens from your asset inbox in Pera is completely safe. This type of exploit can't occur from within the app itself.
The risk arises after leaving Pera: if you follow a link to a third-party website, connect your wallet, and sign a transaction there, that's where malicious activity can occur.
We're committed to adding more in-app safeguards to help detect and flag these risks earlier.
In the meantime, the strongest protection is staying informed: always review any transaction carefully before signing, regardless of where it originates.

Received two credible reports that algoblow[.]com rekeyed accounts when users connected to check airdrop
The scam is a $BLOW asset optin that also rekeys the user account. Users who sign these transactions have their accounts rekeyed, thereby permanently losing access to them.

In crypto 1 month is a long time. Do you have any idea on how long we have been waiting for the King Safety paper to be reviewed, approved and released? It is taking forever!
