@MessinaOne mALGO takes a slightly bigger cut

Measure 3 proving to be contentious.
Whale governors with 10m stake are carrying the vote into B, where all other size segments prefer A
This is quite rare, will be interesting to see how this plays out.
Only 21% of 10m wallets have voted. 25% overall.

"Why are payouts not flexing our TPS?" A hint was provided by Share from @AlgoFoundation
on reddit.
The bottleneck seems to be a third party custodian service, but improvements are being made.

⌚ Last time they took 8 minutes (~500/block)
🏎️ Fun fact: If they took a page out of @TheBillBored playbook they could distribute them in 2 blocks/7.4 seconds without maxing out. Wen Flex?
