Not sure how I feel about Private medical centre's that offer tiered pricing for reports in a timely manner. As standard practice, reports should be reviewed and shared within a reasonable time, no matter what. Charging $$$ is whack.

The Central Bank of Barbados has confirmed that BiMPay, Barbados’ new national instant payment system, will go live at 11:59 p.m. on Friday, June 12, 2026. However, two institutions, Scotiabank and AffinityPlus Credit Union, will not initially connect to the e-wallet.
