So well deserved! Dani & Zoe you are incredible and I was so privileged to work closely with you on the training we provide our staff in the care of patients with a tracheostomy or laryngectomy. You are inspirational and make such a difference to the lives of these patients!
Huge congratulations to our amazing Tracheostomy Practitioners: Zoë (SLT) & Dani (PT) at UHS! The team won the October UHS Patient Experience Award, as nominated by patients. Well done for your exceptional care and dedication 👏💙 #UHSProud #PatientExperience

Yesterday, I had the pleasure of meeting Mo, one of our HCA's in Cancer Care, to give him his Experience of Care Hero award! Our only award nominated by patients, families and carers and this one epitomises our Fundamentals of Care values and person-centred care. Well done Mo!

It was incredible to see so many people join in with today's Diwali celebrations. I learned so much, tasted a lovely food and had the chance to join in with the Garba dancing 🎆
It's Diwali this Thursday and the @ChaplainsUHS are hosting an event at the Chapel for those who celebrate or would like to learn more!

Another way our precious @UHSVolunteers give back. In incredibly challenging time, every little helps and this is a lot!
Amongst other delivery jobs this morning, responder volunteer John returned with an impressive haul of donated equipment, equivalent to almost £250! Thank you to those who have donated used equipment to us over the years, which we are able to clean and reissue to our patients🥰❤
