friend, cheerleader, and brainstorm partner for years, brought compassion, discernment, and frankly bomb line edits to my manuscript. She also reminded me to bring in humanity and warmth when I got too into the nuts and bolts of the process.

Amanda Paul is perhaps the highest achieving and most self-aware fellow DEIB practitioner I have partnered with, and I owe her for checking my biases. She was diligent in rooting out ableist language and reminding me to present multiple options for people.
