Clemens Engert, based in Vienna, is @AlienHandSynd . We Will Never See the Stars was released last year as part of the Tales of Waking EP. Engert’s spare vocals rise and fall over a swirling electronic backing that creates a soundscape of claustrophobia, alienation and dread.
