Sitting in the airport, about to fly to Vegas. Lake View room in the Bellagio awaits.
Right, leaving for the airport shortly. Twitter could go dark for a while, but lots of news when I get back online.
Packing suitcase with my wife. She understands the concept of utilising all available space far better than I do. But I can map-read.
Food's finally here, so I can stop leeching off the unsecured wireless network. Maybe someone should tell them about that...
I'm starting to think this food will never come. Don't you know who I am?! No, neither do I, to be fair. Good point, well made.
-@greggrunberg I've missed your Star Trek cameo twice now. Extreme whoops.
(Please note that this promise relies on my own script not sucking. It's not a remake, incidentally, before you all start screaming.)
Fright Night and Cliffhanger remakes on the way, apparently. Oh my actual God. No, this is not hypocrisy, I promise! :)
#StarTrek raises the bar for cinematic space opera in the noughties. Great job from JJ and the guys.
Well, #StarTrek was pretty damn good, wasn't it? Seen it twice now. Very impressed. Big fan of TNG and DS9, personally. And Khan, of course.
Okay, here's one: what do YOU regard as being the most important aspect of a good Alien movie? (Disclaimer: this will not change the plot!)
Off to California this weekend. Can't wait.
In answer to the obligatory next question: yes. The script is either/or when it comes to Sigourney, though I can't go into how quite yet.
In answer to the obligatory opening question: yes to the first two. The rest... not so much.
Hi there. Yes, I'm writing it. I'll respond to any questions in a wishy-washy manner, and update first draft progress here. Blog soon too.
