Cheryl, was initially referred to our Dundee employability programme by her work coach.
She went on to receive wrap around support at our Dundee service for single parents, covering housing, mental health, money management and more.

Cairn joined the Employability Pathway program in Dundee in Oct 2020. He faced challenges but persevered & achieved his goal. He completed his Security Industry Authority qualification & secured his first permanent position with The Range

ALT William was referred to Fair Start Scotland through his Jobcentre Plus work coach in July 2022 for support with finding work, after a period of unemployment caused by bereavement and health barriers.
Now, he has a job that works for him and is looking forward to a holiday with his friends.
ALT Bukola and Oluseyi moved to Scotland from Nigeria with their young children. They faced challenges, but with help from the Parental Employment Support project, they both found jobs and are now able to provide for their family.

ALT We teamed up with Public Health Scotland to support them to make their recruitment process more inclusive and accessible.
Young people like Thomas felt encouraged to apply and were able to demonstrate their skills in an inclusive interview.
Thomas was welcomed into the PHS team as a Modern Apprentice. PHS successfully reached a wider talent pool and increased diversity of their workforce!
