#Workplace Bullying is #real and it does exist here in #NovaScotia 🇨🇦! Our current OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) laws only protect us from #physicalviolence! #WRONG!!! Join us as we stand together to demand much needed change and make workplace bullying illegal in NS.

Management want to know why employees are calling off and using "Personal Days", or when they use a personal day. They don't understand it's PERSONAL! Learn to respect people's privacy.

Corporate is coming into the office for meetings and we need to "dress up". This is so fake as we are a casual office work environment and they know. Also, they never walk around the office, if you happen to see them they do not acknowledge you. Such BS.
I hated being a manager for an administrative department in the insurance field. My boss and I would be called into our CFO's office on a monthy basis. We would be asked who would we fire today if we were to fire someone in the dept. Next month same question & why. Horrible.

I would be interested in talking to former executives, or corporate executives who confirm the lies told to employees. Message me.
Haha, love this. So true.
Corporate Job Robbers - corporate comes in for 2 days, lays off a department and then leaves. Extra bonus... an Exec. gets promoted a week later. It happens, keep your eyes open. Fuck them.
Funny, looking at all the "perfect smiles" of upper management on company websites I still see the misery in these faces. I see through the false smiles and see people who will do anything to keep their jobs. I see the lies behind thier smiles. Lies at home and in the office.

When your employer, or "corporate" takes advantage of its employees, you need to expose them.
