Congratulation to our Y9 and Y10 students who took part in their Bronze and Silver DofE Award practice expedition. They showed resilience, teamwork and excellent problem-solving skills. Well done to all students, and best of luck on their qualifying expedition in June!!!

Our Drama department headed to the new Old Vic Backstage Learning Hub last week to learn how sound can be used in a performance! This was the last workshop for the Y10's as part of our residency. Congratulations to all students who took part in these amazing workshops!

A big thank you to the Globe Players for delivering two amazing performances this week to our Y7 & Y10 students, an adaptation of ‘Macbeth’ and ‘An Inspector Calls’, which will support our students’ learning in English as they come closer to their end-of-year and GCSE exams!

Thank you to all staff and students who celebrated #WorldBookDay last week. Staff put a lot effort in creating some amazing costumes & students were able to take part in fun & creative activities in the library to celebrate their love of reading and discuss their favourite books!

Well done to our Y8 students for taking part in their first Young Green Briton Challenge! Students worked in teams and discussed key #environmental issues and how to come up with creative solutions to resolve them both at home and within our local community.
