Moraug's design is a mess.
Since the untap comes at the start of the extra combat, if you play a land before your first combat (like you want to for your OTHER landfall creatures) your creatures won't be untapped for your extra combat.

Any way you time an untap is messy and going to cause some feel-bads.
Instead, why not "tapped creatures you control can attack as though they aren't tapped?"

A friend connected us with a family with a trans son the same age as our daughter.
