I did my first ever guided run today after teaching yoga~ with the @Nike app -3 miles/ 30 minutes in Oakland area, CA. This is my 8th run with @Nike app. 🏃♀️ I want to do a guided run with IronMan athlete @alwaystri Sarah Reinertsen. 🏃♀️ 😀 #newrunner #exercise
