In this week's Tropical Update, Emmy® Award-winning meteorologist Natalie Ferrari breaks down what she's watching and what homeowners should know. The tropics remain relatively quiet as we move through June, but our team is keeping a close eye on an area of low pressure that could bring increased moisture to portions of Texas, Louisiana, and parts of the Southeast in the days ahead. While no significant tropical development is expected at this time, hurricane season is underway and conditions can change quickly. For now, June is staying...inactive. (We're not saying the the "Q" word.) As always, we'll continue monitoring the tropics and keeping you informed every step of the way.

The Stanley Cup is headed back to Carolina! Congratulations to the Carolina Hurricanes on an incredible championship run and bringing home the franchise's first Stanley Cup title in 20 years. As a company proud to serve homeowners across the Carolinas, we're excited to celebrate this moment with communities throughout the region. And for the record, these are the only hurricanes you'll ever catch us celebrating!

Trust is built over time, and feedback from longtime policyholders is one of the clearest reflections of that trust. Recently, E.H. Capes shared their experience after working with our team through two separate claims, highlighting the prompt response, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure repairs were handled properly. They also gave special recognition to Claims Adjuster Timothy Hunter for being professional, responsive, and easy to work with throughout the process. Thank you, E.H., for your continued trust, and thank you, Tim, for delivering the level of service our policyholders have come to expect.

For nearly 250 years, the American flag has served as a symbol of unity, resilience, and the enduring spirit of our nation. On Flag Day, we recognize the history it represents and the generations of Americans who have worked, served, and sacrificed under its colors. Today, we proudly reflect on the values that continue to bring us together and the freedoms that make our country strong.

While there are no significant threats at this time, a couple of developments across the tropics are worth watching. As of Friday morning, an area of low pressure formed in the southwestern Gulf, but any tropical development would depend on how that moisture interacts with both eastern Mexico and with a frontal boundary next week. At this point, the odds remain low, but could be quite the rainmaker as far north as the Texas gulf coast. Another notable development this week: NOAA officially declared the arrival of El Niño. Forecasters expect the climate pattern to strengthen through the fall and potentially reach moderate to strong levels by winter. While El Niño can increase wind shear across parts of the Atlantic during the peak of hurricane season, making it more difficult for tropical systems to organize, its influence extends well beyond the tropics. As we head toward fall and winter, a strengthening El Niño often shifts the Pacific jet stream farther south, increasing the likelihood of more frequent storm systems and wetter-than-average conditions across portions of the southern United States. For now, there are no immediate tropical threats, but a few atmospheric signals are emerging that could shape both the remainder of hurricane season and the weather pattern heading into winter.

Recently, members of our Marketing team attended the Insurance Marketing & Communications Association Ignite Conference in Savannah, GA, where American Integrity was recognized with three Bronze Awards for Best Redesign/Refresh, Brand Positioning Video, and Magazine or Newspaper Advertisement. Receiving this recognition was especially meaningful as we continue embracing a period of growth, expanding into new markets, and building upon the momentum of our first year as a publicly traded company. We are honored to have our work recognized by industry peers and grateful for the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and exchange ideas with talented professionals from across the country throughout the conference.

Expanding into North Carolina is about more than offering insurance coverage. It’s about getting to know the communities we serve, building strong relationships with homeowners, and investing in a state that continues to grow and thrive. American Integrity President Jon Ritchie shares why North Carolina is such a natural fit for our company, from its strong new construction market to the opportunities it creates for homeowners, builders, and local communities. We’re excited to be serving North Carolina homeowners and look forward to growing alongside these communities for years to come.

It’s Week 2 of the 2026 hurricane season, with 24 more weeks to go. Whether we like it or not, hurricane season is here and preparation should be high priority, especially before a storm is on the horizon. One of the most important ways to prepare is an insurance coverage review. Have you recently added a pool, screened enclosure, upgraded appliances, renovated part of your home, or made other improvements that could affect its value? Changes like these may impact your coverage needs. In the Southeast, hurricane preparedness is often a matter of when, not if. The time to discuss your policy with your agent, understand your coverage, and address potential gaps – particularly regarding coverage for flood damage – is now, and not when a storm is bearing down in your area.

If you've ever had to file an insurance claim, you know it often comes during one of life's most stressful and unexpected moments. In times like these, having someone who listens, communicates clearly, and provides guidance every step of the way can make a meaningful difference. In a recent Google review, policyholder James F. recognized Claims Adjuster Diana Ash for her professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to helping him navigate the claims process with confidence. At American Integrity, our claims professionals understand that a claim is about more than repairing property damage. It’s about helping families recover, rebuild, and make their house a home again. That’s why they are committed to providing clear communication, answering questions, and offering compassion and empathy every step of the way. We’re proud of team members like Diana who exemplify our commitment to serving policyholders with care, professionalism, and empathy when they need us most.

Several members of American Integrity’s IT team recently joined Michael Kaufman and the team at Habitat for Humanity Tampa Bay Hillsborough to help build the homes our company is sponsoring for local families. Experiences like these are a powerful reminder that homeownership has the ability to transform lives, strengthen families, and create lasting opportunities. Every nail hammered, wall raised, and hour volunteered brings these future homeowners one step closer to achieving the dream of owning a home. We are grateful for the opportunity to support Habitat for Humanity’s mission and help make affordable homeownership a reality for two deserving families in our community. And our sincere thanks to the American Integrity employees who have generously given their time, energy, and hearts over the past several months. Your commitment to serving others will leave a lasting impact on these families for years to come.

The Atlantic is quiet...for now. While no tropical activity is currently developing in the Atlantic Basin or Gulf, the Eastern Pacific has already produced several named storms. In this week's Tropical Update, American Integrity's Meteorologist Natalie Ferrari explains what forecasters are watching highlighting why now is still the time to stay prepared.

For many families, a home is the largest investment they will ever make. It is where milestones are celebrated, memories are made, and life’s most meaningful moments unfold. As National Homeownership Month is recognized throughout June, we're reminded that protecting a home takes more than maintenance and upkeep. It also means having reliable partners you can rely on when the unexpected happens. At American Integrity, we’re honored that more than 450,000 homeowners across Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina trust us to help protect one of their most valuable assets. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve as that partner and remain committed to providing the security, service, and peace of mind our policyholders deserve.

At American Integrity, we believe our people are our greatest strength. We are proudly committed to fostering an environment where employees feel respected, valued, and empowered to be themselves.

On Best Friends Day, we’re celebrating the four-legged companions who greet us at the door, keep us grounded through life’s ups and downs, and make a house feel a little more like home. For many families, pets are far more than animals. They are loyal companions, trusted friends, and important members of the family. That is one of the reasons our partnership with America’s VetDogs is so meaningful. Through their work, highly trained service dogs help veterans, active-duty service members, and first responders live with greater independence, confidence, and support. Today, we’re celebrating best friends of every kind, especially the ones with four paws.

While tropical moisture brought rounds of rain and thunderstorms to parts of the Gulf Coast this week, there remains no major concerns for tropical development in the Gulf, Caribbean, or Atlantic Basin over the next 7 days. The Eastern Pacific was a bit more active, producing its first named storm of the season, Tropical Storm Amanda. The system remains over open waters and poses little to no threat to land, but it marks the beginning of a more active start to the season in the Pacific compared to the Atlantic. For now, the Atlantic remains quiet, and there are no significant areas of concern we're tracking as we move deeper into June. Of course, that doesn't mean it's time to let your guard down—hurricane season is just getting started, and now is a great time to make sure your preparedness plans are in place.

They're trading classrooms for conference rooms this summer! This week, we welcomed our Summer 2026 Intern Class to American Integrity. Representing the University of South Florida, the University of Florida, Western Governors University, and the University of South Florida Honors College, these students will spend the summer gaining hands-on experience, building professional connections, and immersing themselves in our complex and dynamic industry. Each intern has been assigned a meaningful project, which each will individually present to our leadership team as their internship winds down later this summer. We're excited to welcome their talent, curiosity, and fresh perspectives to the team, and we're proud to play a role in helping shape the next generation of professionals.

This week, American Integrity partnered with OneBlood for our quarterly blood drive, giving employees the opportunity to support a cause that impacts patients and families throughout our community every day. Blood donations play a critical role year-round, but their importance often becomes even more apparent during hurricane season, when severe weather can disrupt blood collections and place additional strain on local supplies. We are grateful to OneBlood for their partnership and to the employees who took time out of their day to donate. Small acts of generosity like these help strengthen the communities we serve and ensure lifesaving resources are available when they are needed most.

Nearly two months ago, we moved into our new headquarters. Today, we’d like to recognize the person who helped transform it from an office into a place that feels like home for the American Integrity family. Angie Quinn, our EVP and Chief Human Resources Officer, invested countless hours and tremendous care into every detail of the space. From selecting furniture and finishes to creating inviting gathering areas and a modern workspace, her vision helped shape a headquarters that reflects both who we are and where we’re headed. Now, as the final touches continue to come together throughout the building, we’re reminded each day of the thoughtfulness, dedication, coordination and hard work that made this transition such a success. The result is a space that supports collaboration, strengthens our culture, and serves as a welcoming environment for nearly 400 employees. Thank you, Angie, for your leadership throughout this process. We couldn’t be more grateful for your efforts.

It’s Day 2 of the 2026 Hurricane Season – and our team stands ready to help our agents and policyholders in the event of a storm. Today, we hosted an interactive webinar with our agents to discuss how American Integrity prepares for a catastrophic weather event. Thanks to Ryan Hodges, our SVP of Risk Management, and several of our Claims leaders – including Trevor McDonald, Wayne Dennis, and Glen Gahrman – for sharing critical information about American Integrity’s response and beneficial tips for our mutual customers. While we hope this year is as quiet as the one we experienced last year, all it takes is one hurricane for it to be an awful season. NOW is the time to have important policy discussions with your agent and prepare your home if the unexpected occurs.
