The US has a limit on the number of medical school graduates admitted to hospital programs, with many of the spots going to foreigners, some of whom significantly underperform domestic students.
The US has a similar issue with the quantity of students admitted into medical school programs.

NEW AD: Cleveland Clinic is the height of elegance - an in-house art museum, facilities in Abu Dhabi, London, and Toronto, a Super Bowl ad, and million dollar executive salaries..all subsidized by your tax dollars!
But despite taking millions in tax benefits from a federal program, they don’t pass those savings on to patients - they sue them, overcharge them, and even take resources intended for rural hospitals.

President Trump took on drug companies to drive down costs for Americans! TrumpRx.gov reduces out-of-pocket prescription costs, increases transparency in pricing structures, and aligns our nation with drug prices more closely with those in other nations! We must pass SCR 19 and require insurance plans and PBMs to apply all patient-paid prescription drug expenditures (including those obtained through TrumpRx) toward patients' cost-sharing requirements.
