Avoid @Starbucks at Warwick Services. My friend was very upset. Rude staff member. One cappuccino was all foam no coffee, She asked for coffee and the staff member said itโs a cappuccino and rolled her eyes and stormed off without apologising.

@StarbucksUK when the shift supervisor was spoken to, he was really embarrassed about the situation.
Something so simple. โOh sorry, let me sort that for youโ would have been ideal, not staff members who donโt care as youโre potentially never going back as you are travelling.

Stuck in the USA after my flight home was delayed the 20.20 flight to London 18hrs plus @AmericanAir promising food and hotel.
We had a hotel link but no information where or how to get to there, no food vouchers as promised, travelling with my 80 year old mum,
