I live in MN. The guy is trying to give a fair take and I applaud him for that. However, blaming COVID and not Minnesota’s REACTION to and POLICIES during COVID is weak. Limiting site visits for verification is a choice, for example. Remember, we had lockdowns and public protests/gatherings simultaneously. Lax oversight that lead to fraud was a choice by the state government.
