Last week was WPD - but we still have so many amazing stories to share! This is Aubree! She was born premature at 25 weeks via emergency C-Section - "Out of 110 days stay in NICU I must’ve cried 108 of them. She’s my little warrior, my hero. "

Last week was WPD... but we still have lots of amazing stories to share! This is Sebastian! He was born premature at 25 weeks -it was a long and emotional journey, and look at him now!! His mummy has one of our keepsake bags which still has all his little hospital bits in it!
