Check out these views of the UO Acoustic Research Laboratory project. The project features mass timber columns and beams by RLD Company using wood from Zip-O-Laminators, and with mass plywood panels for the wall and roof deck by Freres Wood. 106 plywood panels create the shell!

We celebrated the grand opening of the City of Renton’s Legacy Square! Built with Pacific Northwest-sourced CLT and glulam, the new mass timber amphitheater creates a gathering space for sports watch parties, arts, culture, and community events. Congrats to our team and partners.

On Wednesday, we gathered with St Alphonsus, community leaders, and project partners to celebrate the groundbreaking of the North Meridian Health Plaza in Idaho. This new 80,000 SF healthcare facility will bring a wide range of services closer to home for the Treasure Valley!
We hosted the UO/Port of Portland Going Vertical Celebration at the UO Acoustic Research Laboratory, part of the Terminal 2 redevelopment on the Willamette River. The facility will be the first North American center for high-throughput acoustic testing of floor-ceiling assemblies
We had the pleasure of hosting the Washington State University Construction Management summer class at our WSU Dodgen Hot Cell Facility Project. The students saw our team in full action as we approach the finish line later this summer. Go Cougs!

Our mentorship programs in Boise and Seattle had hands on concrete demos last week. The groups participated in a live slab pour, slump testing, mixing demonstrations, and plan interpretation lessons. Thank you to Suncore, Strata, and Ox Concrete for making these events happen!

We’re committed to inspiring the next generation of craft workers and construction managers. At the Idaho AGC Construction Combine, our Boise team spent two days helping students build sheds and explore opportunities in the trades.
Greenscale, a hydroponic-aquaculture facility in Boise, is now open and operating. It combines a fish house, greenhouses, and a vegetable house to support more efficient food production. Great work to our project team and partners. Photos: Tobin Rogers
