We just held an event for 75 Foxwell Founders in Lisbon and it was incredible! We had people from ten counties that spend $~50M/mo on Meta get together at a palace. I love this work. Here’s some thoughts 👇

From my Meta Contacts 👇👇👇 I did some digging and can confirm there have been a couple of platform-side issues over the last week. First, there's a known issue with pacing affecting some accounts that engineering is actively working on a fix. I don't have a hard ETA yet, but it's being treated as high priority given the scale of impact. I'll keep you posted the moment I hear something concrete. On performance, there was a conversion event processing disruption on June 6 that lasted about 8 hours. That issue has been fully resolved, but here's the additional context from the team there: "On June 6, 2026, at 6:03 AM PDT, we discovered a system issue that caused a drop in offsite conversion events being recorded across Facebook and Instagram. Following our investigation, we determined the issue was caused by a recent change that led to an issue in our conversion logging. We reverted the change and blocked the affected data from downstream processing. The issue was resolved on June 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM PDT. Some advertisers may have noticed a temporary dip in reported conversions in Ads Manager for June 6 that does not reflect actual business outcomes. We are investigating whether this issue is eligible for refunds" - META

Yes I want a 9-figure exit for my brands. But what I value more? Strong and healthy relationships & friendships Spending quality time with my family Doing inner work to make me a better human and a better leader and friend Feeling healthy in my body and being in great shape, getting great sleep Loving myself and valuing myself in the deepest ways. Enjoying the process, meaning that I’ll choose taking longer to achieve monetary goals so I can enjoy my life Being in nature and surrounded by beauty Having adventures, seeing new countries and learning about different cultures and backgrounds Building a solid meditation practice and spiritual practices that help me connect to things greater than myself. Yes, I will be a killer when it comes to Ecom, but it doesn’t mean I have to make it 100% my life. That’s just sad.

Old ads aren't always dead. Many decent ads are still running with some budget, just with different audiences or settings. 🎥 Watch the full episode: scalabilityschool.com/scalab… #AdStrategy #MarketingTips

OK so the EU has a new law as well. The EU AI Act has had AI disclosure baked in since 2024, and its transparency rules go live in August. The EU casts a wider net. All AI-generated content get labeled, and a lot of that weight sits with the AI provider, not just the advertiser.

Replying to @andrewfoxwell
Also - agencies and creators can be held liable. This isn’t just a brand thing - immunity in this law can be passed down.
