Anyone else seeing a web data UI issue in platform this morning? Seeing all Meta related events in the account but nothing that happens on the site showing up. Events manager firing but UI just not showing anything. For Ex. Add to Carts, Landing Page Views, etc.

META had a big meeting internally about a new "Conversions API" that is being rolled out that might effect performance for their accounts It automatically creates a server-side connection to deliver web data to Meta, complements the Meta pixel to create a stronger signal. Anyways, it sounds like you guys are seeing a change and it sounds like they are warning their team that accounts might see a change cc @dtcprophet (Sounds like my theory was pretty accurate)

From my Meta Contacts πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡πŸ‘‡ I did some digging and can confirm there have been a couple of platform-side issues over the last week. First, there's a known issue with pacing affecting some accounts that engineering is actively working on a fix. I don't have a hard ETA yet, but it's being treated as high priority given the scale of impact. I'll keep you posted the moment I hear something concrete. On performance, there was a conversion event processing disruption on June 6 that lasted about 8 hours. That issue has been fully resolved, but here's the additional context from the team there: "On June 6, 2026, at 6:03 AM PDT, we discovered a system issue that caused a drop in offsite conversion events being recorded across Facebook and Instagram. Following our investigation, we determined the issue was caused by a recent change that led to an issue in our conversion logging. We reverted the change and blocked the affected data from downstream processing. The issue was resolved on June 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM PDT. Some advertisers may have noticed a temporary dip in reported conversions in Ads Manager for June 6 that does not reflect actual business outcomes. We are investigating whether this issue is eligible for refunds" - META

With all the volatility going on in Meta just tested a brand new ad account for a brand. One week in 42% lift in ROAS from the new ad account. Same exclusions, same creatives, biggest thing I see the difference in is age delivery. It is targeting more towards our target demographic and seems to be self correcting based on performance more than the evergreen account. Not saying everyone should go do this but something to definitely look into.
