Twenty-nine years ago today, @AmandaHopperTX and I skipped my college graduation to be married on June 14, 1997. Over these many years (which have FLOWN by), we have had such an adventure together. She is my best friend and loyal battle buddy in every twist and turn of our journey. Thank you Amanda for so many wonderful years with you.

The Leeper decision didn’t just secure freedom for Texas families; it became one of the first major published court rulings in America to strongly affirm homeschooling rights, inspiring families and strengthening legal protections in states across the country.  As a homeschool father, I firmly believe the right to direct the education of our children is a right endowed by the Creator. Thank you to all the brave pioneers who stood firm during the fight. Your courage paved the way and continues to safeguard the rights of Texas homeschoolers for generations to come.
