The below is correct. Also, the Member of Congress can be arrested and prosecuted for taking the SECRET, TOP SECRET, or SCI documents out of a SCIF and bringing them to the Floor of the House.
For what it’s worth, under the Constitution, no member of Congress can be prosecuted for reading aloud on the floor any of the documents Trump allegedly has copies of.

Democrats when we were in control put #PeopleOverPolitics and passed the bipartisan infrastructure law to create good jobs. What are Republicans focused on? We don’t know because they remain in chaos. House Republicans cancelled votes again for tonight.
Lots of confusion about what’s going to happen on the House floor. There may or may not be a vote. No deal btwn @SpeakerMcCarthy & conservatives yet

You are correct, I know exactly what the Presidential Records Act is and it doesn’t apply to classified information.

Wow. Kevin McCarthy defends Trump hoarding stolen national security documents in his Mar-a-Lago bathroom: “A bathroom door locks!” (h/t @AccountableGOP)

Dude, did you even read the article you posted? It says Antarctica shedded about 150 gigatons of ice overall, but that it was not uniform. So some places had more ice but overall Antarctica lost ice. Climate change is real whether you choose to believe it or not.

Anyone who has served, or is serving, in our military and intelligence agencies understand that if the charges against Trump are true, then Trump engaged in dishonorable, unpatriotic and criminal conduct. Trump’s alleged crimes put American national security and lives at risk.
GOP Rep. Don Bacon of Nebraska called the obstruction allegations against Trump “inexcusable.” “As a retired brigadier general who worked with classified materials my entire career, I am shocked at the callousness of how these documents were handled,” cnn.com/2023/06/09/politics/…

Climate scientists predicted decades ago that our oceans will heat up.
The Northern Atlantic Ocean is heating up so rapidly that it is literally, nearly off the charts. Pay heed. This is well beyond record-breaking.

Nope. It wasn’t his call. Trump cannot declassify documents as an ex-President. And no court would take seriously the absurd theory that Trump can declassify documents in his own mind. Even if he could, then Biden would have immediately reclassified them in his own mind.

This exchange between an audience member and Charlie Kirk really exemplifies the entire weekend. She tells him she's a student who dreams of being a surgeon and isn't interested in marriage. Kirk: "You’re going to have to choose which one matters more.”

I don’t know who the below person is, but he is lying. The Clinton case was not related to classified documents or to government documents. At issue were audiotapes that an author made of conversations with Clinton. Look it up. Takes 30 seconds on the internet.
That’s not how the Obama judge ruled in 2012, when Clinton got caught with 8 years of highly classified audio recordings in his sock drawer. Regardless, the Presidential Records Act allows a former president to have his presidential records anytime he wants. It doesn’t matter whether they are classified, agency records or otherwise. Congress gives former presidents the Office of the Former President, with secure office space, staff with clearances, and Secret Service protection. There’s not even a criminal component to the Presidential Records Act. This is a political hit on Trump. What are your thoughts on Biden’s and Hillary’s stolen classified records? Haven’t seen them.

Bill Clinton had national security information in his sock drawer. Clinton never formally declassified it. When sued to return it to Archives, a federal court dismissed the case. Why? Because by law the President's mere act of removing the records made them his personal records.
Community note
The records in this case, which former President Bill Clinton kept after he left office, consisted of tape recordings of interviews between Clinton and a historian, which were the basis for a 2009 oral history. The records at issue did not consist of classified documents. casetext.com/case/judicial-… reuters.com/legal/governme…

The facts don’t fit the Establishment’s narrative, and neither does the law. Jack Smith’s prosecution of President Trump is likely unlawful under the Presidential Records Act. Directly from the 2012 federal court decision on the Clinton Sock Drawer case relating to classified documents: “The decision to segregate personal materials from Presidential records is made by the President, during the President’s term and in his sole discretion.” “The [Act] does not confer any mandatory or even discretional authority on the archivist… Under the statute, this responsibility is left solely to the President.” This is hard judicial precedent, these are the hard facts.

No evidence Clinton, Biden or Pence: -knew they had classified docs; -showed the classified docs to anyone; or -hid the classified docs when the government asked for them. In criminal law intent matters.
