Dolphins running back Alexander Mattison underwent season-ending neck surgery Sunday in Chicago, per sources. Mattison hurt his neck during Sunday’s game vs. the Bears, was taken by ambulance to a local hospital and had surgery.

I can only imagine the value you must bring your shareholders, because that money is certainly not going to things like creating an excellent customer experience or, heck, airplane maintenance.

Today, it cost me quite a bit of money, as I had to make additional accommodations for pet care due to not one, but two airplanes out of CLT being inoperable. You even had to remove passengers from first class today, because the jump seats for your employees weren’t functional.

For boasting such a high tech experience, @SphereVegas has yet to figure out their mobile email marketing design. It surprises me every time. Every other email is responsive to the full width of my device. There’s always just under 1/3 of white space on the right of theirs.

Last month, I was in Chicago visiting family and ordered @LouMalnatis for dinner with my dad and grandma. I know they don't know I live in LA, but I just got an email marketing message from them saying "Here's the answer to your dinner cravings" and I consider it an act of war.

Before we took this photo, Tony-O asked my dad his name and listened intently as my dad told him how I’d flown in to take him to that event, go to the Rams-Bears game, and tailgate in the cold. The @NHLBlackhawks couldn’t have asked for a better ambassador. #RIPTonyO
