Walking is overrated. This National Golf Cart Day, we’re teaming up with @EZGOvehicles to show why riding is the real move. From saving energy to speeding up your round, here’s why carts are the GOAT of the golf course. Use code GOLFDIGEST between 6/13-6/15 to get $500* off select models during the 3-day NGCD sale. *The $500 cannot be stacked or combined with current offers by other influencers or partners contracted by E-Z-GO. Dollar amounts listed in the chart on ezgo.com/promotions are the final dollar off amount.

I spent the past few weeks writing up in-depth descriptions of all 18 holes at Shinnecock Hills. @JosephLaMagna chimed in with some insightful notes on strategy, and @mattrouches and Cameron Hurdus provided great visuals. Find it all here: thefriedegg.com/articles/us-…

On CNBC yesterday, Scott O'Neil couldn't guarantee LIV Golf's final four events will take place in 2026, but he was willing to guarantee "a heck of a return if you come invest in this business." @AndyTFE on LIV Golf's lack of leverage as the search for funding continues:

Completely agree with Geoff that we are in the “steroids era of golf” It’s a shame on many levels but mostly for the players who I believe are better but we actually don’t know how much better because they have equipment that has diluted so much of the challenge of the game.
After watching the women take on Riviera at the U.S. Women's Open, @GeoffShac reflected on how modern equipment has diminished both shot-making and stylistic variety in the men's game. You can listen to or watch @AndyTFE's full conversation with Geoff on The Fried Egg Golf Podcast.

I am tapping out after 113 holes 🫡 1 birdie (the literal first hole @BrendanPorath saw — #110) One Coca-Cola Game Within a Game: 96! A blowout, somehow! Thank you to everyone for the support. I had a blast. I will probably not play golf again for a long time now.

Can you play 100 holes of golf in one day subsisting on soda and Skittles? Support PJ today as he risks his health for a good cause.
As you might have heard on today's SGS, I am in DC for the National Links Trust's 100 Hole Hike tomorrow. The mere concept of a Knicks championship parade is (hopefully) motivation enough for me to survive, but if you'd like to contribute to the cause: nationallinkstrust.org/the-h…

I watched this two nights ago and really enjoyed Rory’s perspective and thoughts on what make Shinnecock tough
Rory McIlroy on Shinnecock Hills: "It's an amazing golf course because the playing corridors are wide. The greens are pretty small. They can tuck the pins away in little nooks and crannies and @AndyTFE will love me saying this, but you do have to think about angles."
