First Past the Post no longer delivers stable majorities. One way or another, coalitions are about to become the new normal.
The difference is that, under PR, the distribution of seats reflects the share of votes. Under FPTP, it's looking more and more like lottery numbers.

There has been a lot of stuff in the press about too many people parking near Formby Beach. My elderly Mum lives close to there and it was very challenging on BH Monday to get my car off the drive. There needs to be a common sense approach to parking in Formby.

Parties only need to win a few swing ridings to get a majority, even if most voters chose someone else.
