Who told these people that carrying bottles in such a manner is not an offence simply because the load is light?
This is a clear example of dangerous loading,transporting goods in a manner that poses a risk to other road users. The law is not concerned only with the weight of the load but also with how safely it is secured & transported.
The driver of this vehicle has been arrested & will be arraigned before court. Let this serve as a warning to all motorists who continue to violate this law. We are coming for you.
