I feel this needs repeating...
Numbers are always lower on a Mon & Tues so you need to compare today to last Monday, not yesterday.
Last Monday there was 58 cases in GP vs 239 today which means the average is still going up.

Timely & appropriate antibiotic treatment is a necessary frst step to insure good outcomes in treatment of life threatening infections esp sepsis
