#Millennials have been labeled the entitled and lazy generation for the past decade, yet the PARENTS are responsible for teaching their children how to work hard & NOT cheat the system. It's time to flip the script. Who is entitled and lazy now???? #CollegeCheatingScandal

A1 We're doing a nice lunch on that day and a women networking event the day before. Here's a pic from last year when an intrepid copywriter #leanedIn and demanded pizza to celebrate the day. #AdweekChat

A7: “it’s ok to say that you don’t know and then take the time to figure it out instead of giving an answer so you can seem like you have everything under control.” I actively employ this into my life, if I don’t know something I don’t make it up to seem smart. #AdweekChat

Q7: Let's end on a motivational note: What's one piece of advice you've gotten from a strong woman in your industry? How have you taken it to heart and put it into action? #AdweekChat

What examples are we setting for the younger generations by not implementing gender balance? We are not setting them up for success by creating an atmosphere where only a certain gender can attain a certain position. Women need to be better represented to encourage other women!

Q4: Let's talk about how women are portrayed in ads. It's come a long way since the '60s or even '80s, but what tropes are we still seeing too much of? #AdweekChat

A4: While we're steering clear of a lot the overt gender role tropes, I do see lots of ads that still leverage female shame as a motivation to buy things. You aren't pretty enough. You aren't thin enough. You aren't strong enough. You aren't parental enough. #adweekchat

A5. Well first and foremost, not treating conversations of workplace equality like they are only relevant on a designated day/ month of year is a good start. #adweekchat
