What examples are we setting for the younger generations by not implementing gender balance? We are not setting them up for success by creating an atmosphere where only a certain gender can attain a certain position. Women need to be better represented to encourage other women!

A4: While we're steering clear of a lot the overt gender role tropes, I do see lots of ads that still leverage female shame as a motivation to buy things.
