Men are bystanders Barely do they fight their own fight for justice. Looking for first opportunity to escape through affordable financial settlements. Compare women, for whatever reasons, they'll fight and even stand for fellow women. But sir, they get paid. We have to work. I said whatever reason. Don't eat a day because busy in work. Tell me if you're not hungry.

Court fights are barely a truth vs. false, justice vs. Injustice, good vs. bad. Its about the mood and view of the person holding the Court. Nothing will change even if we delete all law books. Since Courts can already read a provision as clear as "a man with sufficient means" as a man with able body and a "woman unable to maintain herself" as an educated and skilled woman refusing to work. But who cares how they read. Let us fight each others. Men are bad. Women are bad. Call ourselves genius and sleep well in the night.

Prostitute, too big of an offensive word, don't call them that even if they practically are. Housewife to homemaker and now homemaker is too small for them. Meanwhile, they remain unable to maintain themselves. Their dependency doesn't make them small. Their lack of any legal duty but all the rights in marriage, doesn't make them small. She will cry in court "I'm unable to maintain myself" but don't you dare call her handicapped, despite being educated and skilled. Shouldn't a nation builder be atleast able to maintain herself? Where is the goddamn limit?

Your sense of morality and decency is just another victim of someone's pursuit of cheap fame. And we judge our sense of intelligence by forming opinions for or against these events. Its not the opinion. Its the satisfaction of criticizing others. Be it the comedian or his critics. That dopamine of sense of superiority. While still helping someone succeed in their pursuit. Who shall we not talk about? Those who actually scratch the mind to think something. They're too boring.

It is only upto the court to see when to bash a custom and when to say "but hey, we're progressive." While you look for what suits you. And concentrate on either praising it or condemning it. Both of which have absolutely no effect.

Our outrages are selective. Right? No MRA will bash this WOMAN because she is not WIFE but MOTHER. Can we really bulld a good society where you cries for justice and peace for all, are selective and only beneficial personally to you?

Don't get into philosophy. Live your life happily. The more you get indulged, the more complicated it gets.

Why generalization? I'm regularly appealing public to not generalize comments, who will ask these people? They think they have seen life in their 4x4 chambers. Do you do it yourself? How shameful! This really needs to stop. From both, public and the system.

Can a judge be held for contempt of Court? No. Because the power is meant for us peasants alone. To help us keep our mouths shut.

This is alarming and a serious concern. This mob leads even Courts to frustration, which in turn gets the working and function impacted. Actions have been taken in the past but the results are not as desired. Nowhere near. Please be careful while appointing a lawyer to your case.
