#Knicks are 2026 Champions -> what’s exciting is the fact that they can be even better next year. J. Brunson, O.G. Anunoby, & M. Bridges are all locked up. K.A.T. is the #1 priority -> he’s a free agent after next season & is eligible for an extension this summer. Landry Shamet, Mitchell Robinson, & Jose Alvarado are all unrestricted FA -> it’ll be interesting to see who is retained. Mohamed Diawara is a restricted FA -> he is also a priority & #Knicks will do whatever it takes to make sure he is retained. #Knicks have 24th & 31st selections in the 2026 Draft & they will have some interesting options available at both spots. #Knicks could use another stretch big man for the bench & they’ll have a few of those available when they’re on the clock Drafting another athletic SG -> adding more size & athleticism at the guard position for the 2nd unit isn’t a bad idea. #Knicks will have to spend some money this summer but now with a Title in the books -> it’ll be money well spent.

If the younger players can step up & develop into impact players, the #Knicks have a chance to win another title with our core group of veterans. Chances of repeating are exponentially harder if they lose members from the 2nd unit -> and the younger players can’t duplicate the contributions of the guys we lost. It gets exponentially harder to make a deep postseason run if you can’t get contributions from your bench. The #Knicks are CHAMPIONS -> because of the efforts from their stars & the 2nd Unit. Something the #Knicks lacked the last couple seasons. Fortunately, Leon Rose has us well positioned to make sure we continue to have a deep enough rotation.

He looks like a more athletic version of Lauri Markkanen but nowhere near the same shooting skills.
