#P6Goldfinch created a chemical reaction with bicarbonate of soda and vinegar. We captured the CO2 released & observed it blow up the balloon. The balloon was very cold even though we used room temperature ingredients. We tried to burst the balloon but it bounced back.
#P6Goldfinch are setting up their controlled experiments. Mixing different acidic products with the alkali Bicarbonate of Soda to simulate a volcano. We are testing: malt vinegar, distilled vinegar, pickling vinegar, lemon juice and lime juice. #Science
