Not like followers matter anymore over here, but hot damn, the # has plummeted. Imagine it’s tweeps deleting their accounts. I’m too sentimental to delete the damn thing - 2008 till now is a lot of time - but made it private & moving over to BSky. Maybe it’ll stick this time?

Today marks 10 weeks at CACC, meeting all the strays & surrenders. And no surprise, they’re all the best!
Pups only get outside 2-3x a week for 15 min. The shelter is overcapacity & if they don’t get rescued, this is the end for them. So we make it count, we follow their lead 💗

This is my route to CACC (I drive the 13 miles RT). Marshall/24th was closed for awhile, I had no idea why, so when it reopened and this beautiful new infrastructure appeared, I was so stoked!

Driven past this church for decades & only recently discovered my gr8-grandparents were married there (1912) & it was likely both families parish (bapt. record from 1895). I rly wanted to see it IRL - turns out the final mass was in May. Just missed it 😞 blockclubchicago.org/2024/06…
