Daniel Riley's defense attorney directly contradicts Kim Gardner's timeline. Terry Niehoff tells me the December 12, 2021 entry is fabricated: "The only time they asked for bond revocation was in April 2022."
A newspaper wrongly cited Niehoff to claim the entry "appears true."
