I also had a lovely first session with a 9 year old boy who really didn’t want his session before I arrived and when I first arrived, as he was very tired after school and wanted to relax. Yet at the end of the hour he said he really enjoyed it.

Happy Thankful Thursday. Hello beautiful people! How are you doing? I’m feeling thankful today, as I’m finally feeling better after being really ill for over a week. I put our rabbit outside this morning & saw these beautiful sights/sounds of spring. I felt such gratitude & joy.

Today is my last day although I think today’s squats may not have quite as much energy as all the previous days. Of course I’ll still do them. I thought I’d share this with you as I’m feeling proud of myself, grateful & so happy to have raised money for Cancer Research UK @CR_UK

I did it to raise money for @CR_UK Research and thought I’d raise about £30-£50. I’ve raised £140 and £35 in gift aid. I can’t believe it and I’m so happy to have raised money for such a great cause. I’ve been doing them every day despite feeling ill.
