...found out that while the plan was called he "British Uganda Program" & the location proposed fell under Uganda's protectorate, the location proposed is in present day Kenya.
However, the Kenyan Parliament played no role preventing Israel from creating her state in Africa...

...While Europeans living in Uganda/Kenya at the time kicked against the British Uganda Program, ultimately it failed because the Zionist Congress that mooted it in 1903 rejected it in 1905.
