AI design algorithms are generating more ambitious DNA constructs than legacy synthesis can handle.
High GC content, repetitive sequences, long constructs that require assembly and cloning work that takes weeks in the lab.

@AnsaBio is attacking it with enzymatic synthesis: no harsh chemicals, no damage to the growing molecule, direct synthesis of sequences up to 1,005 bases (a world record) assembled into constructs up to 50 kb, delivered in under four weeks.
